Nirvana GTD App

After a long, long beta Nirvana has “soft” launched a paid version of it’s cloud based GTD oriented to do list. I’ve reviewed the app in the past, here.  It is in fact one of my very favorite personal to do list apps because for me (and you?) it is very well focused one scenario –  Being the very best GTD app on the market.

This month Smartsheet just got a lot smarter.  The ability to link cells between spreadsheets

Workflowy is a cloud based outliner.  It’s deceptively simple and it’s power really only surfaces as you start to play with it.   The first time I found it and played with it I found it interesting, but for some reason didn’t really invest the time with it to see it’s power and eventually stopped using it.  I came across it again recently in an article

Today on the Task.ly blog  Dmitry Gorshkow posted that Task.ly is going down.  It’s really too bad, the team had some great ideas, but just couldn’t monetize the app.  I give Dmitry huge kudos for just coming straight out and telling it like it is.  They tried, had some great ideas, but ultimately couldn’t turn it into a sustainable business. Good luck in your next
